The previous reviews of Xerox made me conclude that "it figures". First of all Xerox was one of those large multinational tech companies that I worked at for years. (DEC and IBM) Xerox had it's day then sank to the bottom and "reinvented" itself by just focusing on documents and I suppose they also jumped into the ubiquitous content management market as well. No way would Xerox hire anybody 50+.

When I work my ass off for years earning this company millions of dollars (I did share with them my proofs), my managers never recognized my work BUT they dared criticize me and insinuated that I was 'stealing' money from them by working about 4 hours overtime daily (for years). Do you know why I had to much work? Because they hired people who could not read properly!!!!! It came to a head when I was to be cuffed by stealing a modem; the UPS driver brought the device back to me repaired. It is this lack of respect for my efforts and accuracy of work is the reason I resigned and got NO pension. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Currently, this company has removed all people who have people who are 50+ and replaced with someone younger (20-40 years old).

Testimonials:

After reading the comments by those who express their perspective of age related discriminating practices by more than a few employers, I felt very concerned for older workers that need/desire employment. I wonder if these employers understand that it is not just the revenue from young adults that keep them in business. I wonder how they would survive if the older generation would stop supporting their businesses. I also wonder if these employers understand the principle of sowing and reaping? I am grateful to your agency for providing the results of your survey and your commitment to provide older workers with reliable job leads.
