When an employee is almost 70, they begin to harass one, trying to force one to retire.
when this co. downsized many times the ages of the employees were 60+. the average age now in this office is anywhere from in 20's to mid 40's.
This organization does not care about the human side of workers, Workers are just a number, The older an employee is the more they push to get rid of them
