I have been working at PeopleReady full-time (More than a year) If you come to work on time every day...And shows safety as well as hard working..They pass out gift cards...Every other week...maybe every week

Reducing the hours the seniors work. For example going from 5 to 3 days and reducing days to avoid giving benefits. Also, encourage seniors to retire.

I wonder if these employers understand that it is not just the revenue from young adults that keep them in business.
