Lots of older workers in various departments, because Orchard realizes that age often equates to experience. Customer service is big at OSH, and the employee who has "been there" can better relate to, offer the best advice to customers.

They have gone "corporate in all of America , not the homestate homegrown way it was run . By corporate I mean they are pushing out people of age that it has taken years to get a deceit salary per hour, so they can go technology crazy and use kids at min wage and all part time to cut state pay outs for full time people.

Regional manager stated that he wanted "stallions". They have gone "corporate" in all of America, not the homestate homegrown way it was run. I wonder if these employers understand that it is not just the revenue from young adults that keep them in business.
