They are looking for younger people that can grow with the company. What they don't realize is that a lot of these younger people, not all just some, want the money but, don't want to work. The OLDER people they have are settled and know all the jobs.

I wonder if these employers understand that it is not just the revenue from young adults that keep them in business.
