I went to college and graduated at 58 years old with honors. I interviewed for an administration position. Great interview and they had many diversity posters on the wall. The interviewer wrote "OLDER" on my resume and promised to have someone call me back. Never happened.
Smallest font in all their work station. Never seen fonts so small. Manager refuse to change it or help.

I wonder if these employers understand that it is not just the revenue from young adults that keep them in business.
