I turned 55 and after 25 years was let go with no explanation. They said heading in different direction so hired a 30 yrs old so could pay less. Company was awfully run led by dishonest owner.
Everyone that reaches the 60 year and older mark are all let go for reasons that are not explained. In Rhode Island it is a right to fire state with no explanation.
