Although the principals and producers (Higher earners) are OLDER, the older skilled staff members are demoted, placed in elementary positions, and paid less than the younger, new employees. Seems oxymoronic, but the culture seems to surround the older, vested high earning members with youthful energy at the expense (literal) of the older, talented doers of the organization.

I wonder if these employers understand that it is not just the revenue from young adults that keep them in business.
