In 2016 they hired a new CEO. He pretty much wanted a young company. First on the agenda was firing anyone older than 40 years sighting they made too much. I happened to know they didn't. It continued for a year until I was let go.

I wonder if these employers understand that it is not just the revenue from young adults that keep them in business.
