The uniform garment must look great, first impressions are everything! The uniform must be comfortable for the staff or they will complain and not wear the uniform. Lastly, the garment must be durable both in wear and washing.

I worked for this company for 12 years and as it grew it hired younger and younger candidates. Almost exclusively. They have a very specific type they wanted us to look for. As it grew I was called out as being the "old guy" or "Dad" and endeared many comments from higher level executives as well as people in other departments. I wasn't the only one.
