My immediate supervisor was and is friendly but the Spanish speakers, and the others there gave me the impression of a cut throat competitive business group I worked for the US gov. in the 80's and received several awards so know what good was..and the US govt has absolutely no business expecting anything but a good job..I left my fingerprint on a survey..did a guass go to and away from at a fancy yellow house painting and know that the do-nothings in jobs need to go elsewhere, not be the managers when there are good people who could..and at the Census there were 2.. and what happens to a government or a society when the laundered up get in? I have had poorly written notices from mid-America as well...I am all for transition..those who decide not to look busy all the time, but who really do help whatever school, organization or business they are in...

Testimonials:
After reading the comments by those who express their perspective of age related discriminating practices by more than a few employers, I felt very concerned for older workers that need/desire employment. I wonder if these employers understand that it is not just the revenue from young adults that keep them in business. I wonder how they would survive if the older generation would stop supporting their businesses. I also wonder if these employers understand the principle of sowing and reaping? I am grateful to your agency for providing the results of your survey and your commitment to provide older workers with reliable job leads.
