Rating this company is a two-part process, therefore difficult to wrap it into one rating. The employees are extremely nice and hlepful, but, due to the lack of decent benefits and no holiday pay ever unless you use a vactaion day for it, the employees are unhappy with the company in general. I have worked for them for over a year and have yet to find anyone whohas a good thing to say about the company. So, my rating would be: Age friendly - 5 Company reputaion with employees - 1
I haven't actually been able to speak to anyone from this company. I've received emails from a Pam Armistead requesting me to call, but she never answers, or returns calls. I suspect that the emails are mass-mailing, but she doesn't return my calls after seeing a video interview that would reveal my age (I'm 59).

After reading the comments by those who express their perspective of age related discriminating practices by more than a few employers, I felt very concerned for older workers that need/desire employment. I wonder if these employers understand that it is not just the revenue from young adults that keep them in business. I wonder how they would survive if the older generation would stop supporting their businesses. I also wonder if these employers understand the principle of sowing and reaping? I am grateful to your agency for providing the results of your survey and your commitment to provide older workers with reliable job leads.
